Amanzimtoti Strand in Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal

Amanzimtoti Beach is a popular tourist attraction, particularly with surfers. Visitors flock to the beach over long weekends and during school holidays and it is a popular spot for swimming and family beach holidays. Holiday beach activities are organized for children during peak seasons.

There are two lovely tidal swimming pools and fishing is popular from the surrounding rocks. 

Life guards are on duty all year round and there is lots of parking with bars, restaurants and shops in close proximity.

The annual sardine run attracts large crowds to the beach.
