A Fresh Foodie Experience

The Durban Exhibition Centre will once again play host to the Durban Good Food & Wine Show, Africa’s premier culinary event. After eleven years of experience, visitors to the 2016 Expo can prepare themselves for a new, improved and rebranded Show which launches this year with the theme “Fresh”.

Reawaken your senses and embark on a tasteful journey of wine, cocktails, cakes, sweets and all manner of delicious food. Highlights of the Show include the Societá Dante Alighieri, Italian Cuisine made by Italian Chefs flown all the way from Italy, a host of International and Local Chefs demonstrating and offering workshops in no less that nine separate state-of-the-art kitchen Theatres and of course everyone’s favourite, the Tastings! You can taste anything and everything from olives, cheese and wine to chocolate, beer and whiskey and so much more. 

In addition to all the workshops, tasting and fun in the Kitchen Theatres, the eight new focus areas of the Exhibition allows visitors to shop around for the latest in cooking gadgets and gourmet ingredients. The Exhibition offers something for everyone, Market & Street Food, Wine, Beer & Alcohol, Kids, Baking, Gourmet, Wellness and Lifestyle all showing a range of incredible goodies.
