S28
Nhlowa Road

On this route Marula and Knobthorn trees are mainly found, which makes this a less scenic route, but due to the savannah grasslands with its sweet grass, there is still a lot of game around.

The S28 used to be the main road between the Sabie Game Reserve and the Crocodile Bridge gate in the 1900's.

The Ntandanyathi Birdhide can be found on the S28 towards Lower Sabie, This hide overlooks the Nhlowa River, where Elephants can be spotted when they come for a drink.

Nhlanganzwane Dam is 2km from the birdhide, on the S107 that turns off S28. This is a popular waterhole where Rhino can often be seen.
