South Africa
des couleurs inoubliables

Explore the world's first "Red Route", so named because of the large amount and quality of its red wines.

As the Paarl region's umbrella association of wine producers, Vintners has embraced Paarl's territorial heritage as one of the most globally prolific sources of fine red wine and has chartered a route for an estimated 24 participants within the Paarl Valley where explorers may discover the delicate secrets and bold celebrities of these winelands.

One or two of these include the De Zoete Inval Estate owned by the Frater family, who have been making wine here for more than 115 years and the Rhebokskloof Estate which has also been producing wine since 1692. Without question this route includes a collection of the most renowned wine producers in the world with the Red Route's Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz undoubtedly the best in the world.

Great "Red Route" legends such as Roodeberg, Cabernet Sauvignon, port and Shiraz have long established Paarl's place on the global wine map.
