South Africa
plekke wat jy nooit sal vergeet nie

Seaforth Beach is a narrow, 600 metre long, sandy beach in Simon’s Town, near Cape Town. It is surrounded by large boulders which help protect the beach from wind, perfect for sunbathers and family beach games! Seaforth Beach is a popular attraction during the holidays and it can be pretty hard to find a good spot, best idea is to get there early.

The famous Boulders Beach can be found right next door, so don’t be alarmed if you find some penguins joining you while you catch some rays! The beach also boasts a small tidal pool where kids love to splash about and not only is it perfect for the little ones to swim in the safe tidal pools, but it also has fascinating marine life at low tide.

Scuba diving, kayaking, fishing and most importantly, picnicking is allowed and encouraged! There are, however, no shark spotters or lifeguards on duty, so swimming in the ocean is at your own risk.

Seaforth also has a wonderful, local restaurant that serves some amazing seafood dishes. Dine in style with an amazing view!
